Please take a minute to read our returns policy before placing your online order as we do not offer a refund, store credit or exchange for incorrect choice or change of mind.
We do our very best to fully inspect and ensure the item/s being sent to you are in perfect working order and condition, and that the packaging is sufficient to protect it on its journey to you. In the rare event that the item appears damaged, does not match the description or does not perform its intended function, please notify us in writing, complete with clear photographic evidence of the damage/fault and proof of purchase, within 48 hours of delivery. The item must then be returned to us within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, tags attached and in the original packaging.
If it’s at all possible, we highly recommend you return your item to the store in person once this has been approved by us. Please do not attempt to return an item to the store without first having contacted us by the above process. If returning the item in person to the store once approved to do so is not possible, please send the item to:

Please ensure the item you are returning is packed adequately to ensure its safe arrival. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once received and your item has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt, along with either the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please understand that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account – it may take a few days for your financial institution to process the payment. If within seven days you have not received your funds, please feel free to contact us via email so that we may investigate.
We will, where possible, replace a defective or damaged item with the same item once it has been assessed and approved through the above process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are priced as-is. If there is any known damage or defect to the item, this will be mentioned so that you are fully aware of the reason for the discount. Of course, most sale items will be discounted purely to clear stock and not due to any defect or damage.
