Handcrafted GFRC structures are made from glass fiber reinforced concrete. The hand-applied microcement finish gives the surface an elegant and natural appearance. It is an extremely durable material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and significantly lighter in weight than natural stone or traditional concrete. It is important to understand how the material responds to weather conditions, long-term exposure, and what normal weathering looks like. These products may show irregularities and subtle variations in color, texture, and porosity. Such variations are part of the handcrafted character and make each piece unique without compromising performance. GFRC microcement products still require regular maintenance and cleaning to preserve their appearance.
CARE & MAINTENANCE Clean with a non-bleach liquid dish detergent or a mild soap-and-water solution, using a soft-bristle brush and gentle strokes to protect the sealant. Spot clean with a damp cloth or a soft brush.
